TIRAMISU

A layered of lady finger dipped in coffee-rum mixture, whipped mixture of custard, mascarpone cheese, and rum-coffee mixture.

COFFEE CRUNCH CAKE
A 3 layered coffee flavored chiffon cake filled with sweetened whipped cream and garnished with loads of coffee crunch.
CHOCOLATE CAKE
3 layered chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache.

DACQUIOSE
Layered of Dacquiose , Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream.

MANGO CAKE
Chiffon flavored cake with Fresh Mango Puree Mousse filling.

BAKED ALASKA
Ice Cream inside and Italian Meringue outside.
