12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS CAKES

When I started to do a self-study in baking, I never thought that it is going to be my bread and butter as a housewife and a mother of 5 . For a self-taught baker I was surprised that people appreciated my baked goods. I considered it as a blessing from God. He gave me a skill that I will truly enjoy and earn at the same time. As my way of sharing the blessings I received, I decided to make 12 cakes which I named "12 Days of Christmas Cakes" in connection to Holiday. These cakes were posted in my FB page (Cakes & Pastries by Jessica Kaye) everyday and offered to public for only P99.00 . The first person who comment "RESERVED" gets the cake.

By the way, with my last but the most expensive cake I posted under "12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS CAKES" I made some changes and put some challenge. They have to count the number of chocolate coated chips around the cake and instead of the 1st person who makes the reservation, the 5th person who write the correct count and the word "reserved" gets the cake.

A total of 154 chocolate coated chips!
